Effect of Low-carbo Diet. (Stay home diet)

I feel like I'd like to work outside along the sea on such a bright and sunny day.

 

Since this Corona-effected  home days started, you should start being sick of, by now,  luck of workout and eating too much.

Today, I'll be talking about the most go-to diet that you see the result on the fly, low carbo diet, whick everyone should have paid attention before when it comes to losing weight.

 

Besides, I'll tell you what I first been through with when I came  back from Australia with 10kg on.

①Affinity between sugariness and our body system

This chapter is based on the book written by Dr,Jones Isaac who claim the importance of "Preventive medicine".

Basically, our body sistem is computerized to use energy generated by not sugariness, but fat.

Our meal is now more based on sugariness ever since human started cutivating grain 10 thousand years ago.

I know we all have heard of the theory "eating breakfast with rice is necessary" and it's true.

This is because glucose included in rice and bread run our brain from the morning.

The problem is OVERDOSE.

 

 

Sugariness can convert into energy in shorter time, at same time, turn into body fat quickly when it's not burned.

Nowadays, because food is more accessable, the amount of intaken sugariness goes too much if we have meal based on carbo.

 

In conclusion, sugariness included in grain works well as the first energy to run our body in the morning, on the other hand, it is not necessary to take as a meal for the rest of the day.

(exception:athletes)

 

 ②The diet I first been through with

It was this conbination "low-carbo diet+burning fat soup" that I tried first when I put 10kg on and it was extreamely efficient.

 

 "replacing burning-fat soup as main dish"+"10 mins running"+"10 mins rope jump"

This routine for 3days brought me non-reboundable -3kg!

Practicing the routine twice literally gave me accomplishment,-6kg!

 

It was not hard for me at all, at the same time, I turned "vegetable addict" by getting over the routine.

Woo hoo!

 

The mechanism is that your body obviously burns body fat to turn into enegy if you do not take sugariness.

Moreover, burning-fat soup produced a synergistic effect.

 

You see a lot of explanation about the soup once you look up on the internet.

The ingredience is various nutrition and is the most healthy.

Cabage, onion, green papper, celery and more if you want are in the mushed fresh tomato and hot water.

Needless to say, these vegetables contaions potency such as burning fat and smooth blood flow.

In conclusion, low-carbo diet are effective to lose the first 5から7kg, in my opinion.

 

For you who would like to go further, you need to take the next step because low-carbo diet+burning fat soup could not be enough.
