Today I'm going to write about Beauty Salon, mainly the reason why I've been doing it, what are the merits? 

How come I started?

I decided on February 1st  to purchase the ￥580,000/a half yer beauty salon course.

I was possitive that this price would be worth it to obtain a life without acusing myself anymore, if I get over the complex to my body despite nothing  could do since I put on weight in Australia.

I'm going to introduce you the salon I've gone later down below.

This does’t mean I have  money.

I choose on what I spend my salery from a travel agency which is not high on average.

Beauty salon generally is classified as luxurious world, which I felt I was not worth it.

Though..

One day, an advertizment flew into my post, and this is where all began. 

The advertizement said that I could get pretty much 60% discount of a normal price with checkup over my whole body, and they put hands on the most worthwhile part.

The result was losing 600g, 1.5cm around hip withing 60min.

The difference between beauty salon and gym.

Gym：building mascle, cardio

As for cardio, your body starts burning fat after 20 mins.

Also because your body starts burning calories of intaken food first, body fat starts buring after that.

Beauty salon：the salon's special machines burn body fat straightly and physically 

In details, The machines heat up body fat and it gradually melts away.

Calories burned at beauty salon goes up to 5000kcal/1h！

I have conclude beauty salon is the most efficient way to lose waight I've ever experienced.

 Thanks to this, I lost 2.5kg that does'nt come back again within a half year .

I started with the "trial course" ¥3000/1h

I like this salon because they gives me a  costomized course based on the condition of my body on the day every time, which is the biggest difference to major competitors.
